Steps for Sponsorship

  1. Read through the information on the Sponsors & Vendors section of our website.
  2. Register as a Sponsor!
  3. Don’t forget to enter regular additional company representatives before the deadline date. You can go back in and change this information any time before the deadline date.
  4. Make your payment. Credit card payments are processed immediately. If you wish to pay by check, you are not confirmed as a sponsor until your payment is received and clears deposit.
  5. Make sure to include your logo on the Registration Form.
  6. Have a look at the Additional Sponsorship section on our website. There are many more opportunities to enhance your Vendor participation and give you great exposure to the attendees.
  7. Once you have registered, you will be contacted by the Corporate Relations Director with more information and instructions.
