Serve on the Board of Directors

Every year, a call for nominations is sent to our community in search of new members for the ResNet, Inc. Board of Directors.

At this time our community is limited to individuals who are currently employed at an institution of education (i.e. secondary and post-secondary schools, colleges, and universities.)

A vote for the new members of the Board of Directors will occur at the Town Hall Meeting at the 2023-2024 Resnet Student Technology Conference. The Town Hall meeting is currently scheduled for June 28, 2023. A simple For/Against voting system will occur.  If there are more candidates than the number of open positions, the individuals receiving the most votes will receive positions on the Board of Directors.

Please consider serving on the Resnet, Inc. Board of Directors. Please feel free to contact Chester Andrews or the current Board at if you have any questions.

If you have any questions or need assistance with the required documentation, please contact
