Every year, a call for nominations is sent to our community in search of new members for the ResNet, Inc. Board of Directors.
At this time our community is limited to individuals who are currently employed at an institution of education (i.e. secondary and post-secondary schools, colleges, and universities.)
A vote for the new members of the Board of Directors will occur at the Town Hall Meeting at the 2023-2024 Resnet Student Technology Conference. The Town Hall meeting is currently scheduled for June 28, 2023. A simple For/Against voting system will occur. If there are more candidates than the number of open positions, the individuals receiving the most votes will receive positions on the Board of Directors.
If you have any questions or need assistance with the required documentation, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Several positions on the Board of Directors are open for the 2023-2024 term. Terms begin in July 2023 and end on June 30, 2024.
- Open positions are for one-year and two-year terms.
- Members of the Board of Directors determine their roles (president, clerk, treasurer, etc.) at their first meeting after the annual election.
Please submit your interest as soon as possible. Please send any questions to email@example.com
